A Garden Alchemy
Two days of photography and mixed media in the award-winning gardens of INARA, Val De Vie.
INARA is a sanctuary, quiet, considered and beautifully curated, and that same stillness runs through the experience. Set in the heart of the Cape Winelands, these two days invite you to slow down, look closely and see more artistically.
Led by renowned artists Martin Osner and Samantha Lee Osner, you will photograph flowers, petals, texture and light in the gardens, then move into the studio for their Photo Alchemy techniques, hand-worked methods that bring photography together with paint, art papers and canvas.
Photography holds on to what is real. Paint and canvas, worked by hand, carry it further. That is where the work becomes your own.
You leave with a finished artwork of your own.
